CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Consulting

We offer Consultancy Services to aid the full lifecycle of any electrical project from LV to 132kV – either as a whole or in its component parts. Our consultants can offer a full range of services ranging from feasibility studies, grid compliance studies, substation design, cable route design, earthing design, project management, and PMO services.

We encourage a collaborative working environment and usually embed at least one member of our team within our client organisation’s project team. We believe that this approach sets us apart from larger consultancies or the use of agency staff, allowing us to respond quickly and efficiently to ad-hoc requests as we are better placed to foresee potential gaps and to plan appropriately.

Our niche markets services include:

  • Technical calculations, reports, and specifications
  • Network Modelling using tools such as DigSILENT Powerfactory, WinDebut, and Visea Connect
  • LV to 132kV Substation Design for DNO / DSO, IDNO and private network operators
  • Solar PV feasibility studies

This can include detailed schematic diagrams, protection design, general arrangement drawings and civil design.

Designs are done in AutoCAD, with the possibility to include aspects of BIM Modelling and 3D designs using Revit.
