The ICP Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of Independent Connections Provider (ICP) projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory standards. This role is essential in enhancing our project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical connection projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Promote continuous improvement practices within project teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Manage work portfolio and be responsible for the tendering of ICP portfolio
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering or energy sector. HNC or above in electrical engineering preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices for electrical connections.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
